Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be pleased with the items you select. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return any items in original condition, tags attached, within 60 days of receipt
. For your convenience we have over 120 retail stores nationwide where you may return or exchange your item(s). Click here to find the location nearest you. In order to return/exchange in-store on eligible items, you must bring a copy of your emailed order confirmation with you. Stores are unable to process returns/exchanges on goods purchased via custom websites without the order confirmation.
We cannot accept returns on any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items. Should embroidered tops be sent in for return/exchange, they will be mailed back at the expense of the employee. Pre-hemmed career apparel pants not able to be returned/exchanged.
Exchanges on items of greater value require additional payment in the form of cash (in-store only), check or credit card. Items purchased by voucher may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value in accordance with the uniform guidelines of the respective facility. Refunds will only be given on the dollar amount above and beyond the voucher amount. Payroll deduction purchases will be refunded for merchandise credit only. Payroll deduction is not eligible for a cash refund
. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid. COD’s on return shipments cannot be accepted. Please allow up to 21 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Return postage must be pre-paid. We are unable to accept CODs on return shipments. You may return item(s) via any shipping method you choose; however, we do recommend insuring your package as we are unable to refund items lost in shipping. All exchange orders ship standard ground for a $6.99 shipping charge.
